Gmail Setup -- US$120 (once-off)

  • Setup folders and filters

  • Create email signature with hyperlinks
  • Create up to 5 canned emails (you provide content)

Ongoing, monthly Inbox Management -- US$375/month

  • Check one inbox twice daily (Mon-Fri)
  • Label and archive all incoming emails
  • Reply to customer enquiries
  • Schedule appointments in Google Calendar
  • Create up to 2 additional canned emails every month

Publication Design

For manuals/workbooks, eBooks, opt-ins, freebies, information guides, flyers/brochures:

  • Starting at US$120
  • up to 5 pages -- US$180
  • up to 10 pages -- US$320
  • Additional pages -- US$28/page
  • Design and format your publication to reflect your brand identity, including using your brand colours, logo and images
  • Work to tie together a series of publications, as required
  • Work with the fully edited copy and graphics you provide
  • Create fillable fields, hyperlinks, and Call-to-Action buttons
  • Includes up to 3 revisions

For projects where I source or create graphics for your publication, the following charges will apply:

  • Source up to 5 image -- US$30 (+ any purchase fees)
  • Create graphics -- US$12/graphic

Social Media Graphics

Social media graphics created to reflect your brand. Includes sourcing images (price does not include any purchase fees for images).

  • Pack of 5 graphics -- US$50
  • Pack of 10 graphics -- US$95
  • Additional graphics -- US$12/graphic

Branding & Logo Design

Creation of Logo & Branding Board -- US$340

  • Use your visual inspiration to create a moodboard, colour palette & font pairings
  • Create 3 main logo concepts, with up to 3 revisions
  • Create a branding board with logo, 2 alternate logos and submark, colour palette, font pairings, 2 patterns & email signature

Email Marketing Setup & Management

Setup email marketing -- US$150 (once off)

  • Account setup in MailChimp, Mailerlite, Converkit (or other)
  • List creation & segmentation
  • Set up signup form
  • Setup and automate welcome email sequence

Ongoing, monthly management of your email marketing -- from US$180/mth

  • List & segment management
  • Design & format templates for your campaigns & newsletters (3 per month)
  • Schedule & send email broadcasts (3 per month)
  • Campaign tracking

Dubsado Setup
